Fianna Fail to give free education to all unborn children

Following on from the great TV debate, Fianna Fail has anounced plans to provide free education for all unborn children , back dated to 1st April 2006. Bertie had claimed that no child born today would benefit from the Fine Gael health promise. The free education will cover the entire period from conception to birth, and will also apply to non-nationals. "This will be cost neutral" said an emotional Finance Minister.
